Primary Job Responsibilities: As a Senior Product Manager in the Shipping team, you will be responsible for defining, building and owning eBay next generation of shipping products, along with enhancing its current suite of products. You will interface with business units in different markets like North America, European Union, Asia Pacific etc to understand the requirements of eBay community and capabilities of the logistics providers in these markets and use this information to build well integrated solutions. This is a hands-on position where the product manager will be involved in business analysis, functional design discussions, data modeling discussions, proof-of-concept, working with partners (shipping carriers, carrier aggregators, payment partners, 3 rd party developers), and more.

Strong knowledge of competitive products and competitor strategy.
Experience working with logistics providers and carriers.
Deep insight into cross-border logistics and last-mile delivery experience.
Experience building internet based, multiuser products that are used by millions of users.
Solid track record of successful negotiation and working with many groups to achieve goals.
Experience overseeing all aspects of project information for multiple projects including timelines, resource allocation, scope and definition.
Demonstrated ability to “push back” and present alternatives where request(s) may need to be tailored.
Experience writing business, functional, financial, and reporting requirements
