You will be responsible for co-creating a delightful introductory experience that will drive conversion and delight for our small business customers.
This position will lead a team of cross-functional peers to design tests based on deep insights in order to improve the conversion of trialers to subscribers for our online, SaaS-based small business platform.
You will develop tests using the lean startup methodology via a hypothesis driven approach on this critical area of the business.

You have the ability to take smart risks and try bold new designs as we continue to drive rapid growth in our expanding SaaS platform for small businesses.
You have a strong sense of end-to-end ownership and how to WOW a customer during certain key moments of truth in the product experience
You will run lean experiments and running lean test to learn quickly
You will develop and evangelize a strong point of view on web / mobile best practices around first use for consumer products
You will work cross-functionally (with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams / leaders) and develop strong relationships that will allow you to work more efficiently and build trust with key partner teams
You will use your keen business acumen to set a strategy, influence to gain wide acceptance of that strategy, and then ensure that priorities and tests ladder to business targets
You will deeply internalize and evangelize Intuit’s First Use Principles around how we make our products so compelling that customers can’t imagine going back to their old way of doing things
You will coach a partner team of analysts to structure analysis to fuel your testing efforts with key insights
3-6 years of product management background, likely with a SaaS-based consumer web application
Strong sense of what ‘world class’ looks like in developing and executing tests, as well as rolling out functional enhancements
Strong sense of the consumer internet, either from work in product management or in a management / strategic consulting capacity
Strong persuasion skills required.
You must be able to frame strategies at multiple altitudes, depending on your audience
You have a strong sense of the agile product development methodology
You will own business outcomes and will be responsible for hitting conversion targets by improving and re-imaging the experience for new customers
BA/BS required, MBA or MS advanced degree from a top school is a plus
