This is a unique opportunity to join the Operations Finance team supporting Frequency Control Solutions, RF Components, production wafer fabrication facility. RF Components provides leading-edge custom MMICs and Modules for a variety of defense and performance driven applications. As the Cost Analyst, you will be required to support the monthly closing process of the shop floor control system, provide financial support to inventory process and control on an array of plant stock items and participate in the control of costs and schedules on IOT contracts that utilize product based EVMS. Responsibilities include: Monthly closing process, journal entry preparation to move wafer pool cost to final cost objectives, and monthly wafer reporting to IPT Business Team and Operations Management. Prepare cost per wafer forward forecast to support RF Components proposal process and manage the wafer volume forecast process on a bi-weekly basis. Maintain accurate records to support budgets, forecasts and EAC tracking. Assist in preparation of wafer fab operations BOEs supporting proposals. Support audits of financial information by internal auditors, external auditors and DCAA/DCMA auditors. Interface with and support RF Components Operations Team, Program Finance, Integrated Supply Chain and IPT Leads in Operations and Engineering.

Basic Qualifications: · Minimum of four (4) years of professional experience
· Professional experience with Microsoft Office Suite
· Cost Accounting experience
· BS/BA in Finance, Business Administration or related subject.
Desired Qualifications : · R6Sigma Specialist
· Earn Value Management System (EVMS) Level 1 & 2 certification
· Experience working in a manufacturing environment
· Business Warehouse reporting
· Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills required.
· Ability to multitask, manage workload and achieve critical deadlines
· Ability to work well with team members at all levels of management
