Responsibilities Analyze opportunities to develop consistent positioning strategies for core Treasury Solutions products and services.Develop go to market messaging for Treasury Solutions products and services to optimize RBS Citizens position competitively in the marketSupport thought leadership programs and events with appropriate messaging consistent with business objectivesDevelop innovative tools for internal and external stakeholders to maximize awareness of Treasury Solutions deliverables Qualifications BA/BS, MA or MBA preferred10 years experience with treasury and cash management products and servicesDemonstrated ability to transform strategy into actionable plans and successful executionUnderstanding of the operational and service sides of the business, as well as markets and financialsAbility to communicate at all levels within a large organizationDemonstrated solid understanding of product development life cycleDemonstrated ability to work with Product Solutions, Technology and Business Services partnersSelf starter: forward thinkingHas a detailed understanding of the client needs that drive product usage and utilizes that information to differentiate CFGUnderstands and supports broad Treasury Solutions business strategies and how these translate to Product strategy and executionAbility to build strong and effective relationships within RBS CitizensPossesses in depth understanding of competitors and competitive position and uses that information to create competitive advantage Hours and Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40
