We are currently seeking Senior Systems Analyst candidates to provide training support to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC PAC).

Senior Systems Analyst’s primary duties and responsibilities include:
Providing training support to Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC PAC), Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWARSYSCOM), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), and Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in support of Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR) systems and products integrated on their platforms.
Creating and executing project work plans and revising as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Identifying resources needed and assigning individual responsibilities.
Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project and the project’s scope.
Reviewing deliverables prepared by the team before submitting to the client.
Effectively applying existing methodology and enforcing project standards.
Preparing for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Minimizing exposure and risk on project.
Ensuring project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Facilitating team and client meetings effectively.
Holding regular status meetings with project team.
Keeping the project team well informed of changes within the organization and of general corporate news.
Effectively communicating relevant project information to superiors.
Delivering engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
Resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion.
Understanding and demonstrating the ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
The Technical Instructor must:
Be a U.S. citizen.
Possess a degree in computer science or information systems field or equivalent experience.
Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience, of which at least 3 years must be specialized experience in developing training material and providing training in formal classroom settings, workshops and seminars.
Have completed Navy Instructor certification (NEC 9502) or equivalent industry or service certification.
Possess a Cyberspace Work Force (CSWF) Certification: Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level 2 Certification.
Possess or be able to obtain a security clearance, if needed, up to Top Secret (TS)/ Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
Travel will be required.
