Candidate must have extensive proficiency in the use of HP Quality Center, LoadRunner, and QuickTest Professional tools. Resource shall have broad experience in the area of test planning and test engineering methodologies to include the development of testing strategies with the goal of improving the quality of the products through the balance of quality assurance versus cost and time. Experience in testing strategies and methodologies shall be weighted heavily in the area of automation.


  • Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years experience in IV&V, software testing, configuration management or quality assurance
  • Experienced with automated test tools including HP Quality Center, LoadRunner, and QuickTest Professional
  • Above average written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with providing IV&V, Quality Assurance and Configuration Management services to a federal client
  • Knowledge of federal security and acquisition regulations
  • Knowledge of Department of Justice operating procedures
  • Experienced in managing multiple subcontractors
