Job Description:
The Senior Vice President of Data Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the Data Operations Division by setting the strategic direction of data operations to enable significant scalability through efficiency of operations. The successful candidate will drive innovation of processes through increased automation, standardized processes, and implementation of the right tools. To be successful, the Senior Vice President of Data Operations will lead a diverse and highly talented team including both on-shore and off-shore teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate a unique blend of leadership, client focus creativity, business judgment, entrepreneurial spirit, industry knowledge, and analytical expertise. *

Drive strategic direction of EAD data operations to ensure efficiency and that we stay ahead of our client expectations. *
Institute a standardized data operations process for all clients and ensure it is adopted by both the onshore team and the offshore team. Build in KPIs to monitor adherence to the process. *
Complete oversight of client implementations. Responsible for managing project management of the entire process and directly responsible for ensuring carrier outreach, data import, mapping, and application creation. *
Delivery of customizations to client in conjunction with engineering, product, and IT as needed *
Ensure an extremely high level of data quality and customer visibility to any data issues, including impact of data issues to value the client wants to do with the tools. *
Be the client and prospect face of data operations to support client services and sales. Ensure sales and sales support team get sufficient operations expertise to be successful *
Provide people leadership, including mentoring, feedback, encouragement, and discipline to the entire operations organization. Additionally, work closely with the managers to ensure they are also mentoring their direct reports.

Required Skills: *
Advanced degree in Technology *
10-15 years experience in business and operational management in the healthcare space *
8+ years of management experience leading teams with experience leading off-shore teams *
Experience in leading and implementing improved operational metric-based performance standards with strong experience in contract language interpretation and analysis and a proven background in contract implementation, oversight and management. *
Proven success in driving efficiency through standardization of process and implementation of required tools to support processes *
A track record and innate desire to build outstanding, happy and productive teams by identifying and hiring A-players, investing in coaching and feedback, communicating transparently, and providing high energy leadership *
Ability to work cross-functionally within internal team to ensure client satisfaction is maximized *
Ability to combine this understanding with data processing to communicate impact of data deficiencies to clients *
Strong problem solving skills with ability to guide development of analytical models to support business decisions *
Excellent people manager, who effectively listens and is open to direction and +Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done *
Willing to travel up to 20% of the time
