Dachis Group is seeking a Sr. Account Director that will be based in our New York office. An individual in this role is expected to be an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic self-starter who can lead client relationships for large scale social business strategy programs and deliver strategically-defined tactical programs.
As a Sr. Account Director, you will work closely with your project teams and take responsibility for directing client engagements including structuring strategic work approach and scope, project management, and deliverable creation and execution. The perfect candidate is high-energy and intellectually curious, with a strong interest in social business.You will have a background developing holistic strategic plans, but also have experience at the tactical level: defining, building and launching and optimizing programs under management. Excellent computing and communications skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment are a must.

Leading client relationships with a core group of clients and driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities for ongoing strategic planning, and customer and workforce engagement projects.
Directing project teams on strategy, process, culture, and technology, and also oversee the fulfillment of strategic recommendations as they are implemented within client organizations. You will be responsible for directing the efforts of consultants, associates, engagement managers, designers, developers, and communications professionals including research, analysis, development, and delivery.
As the senior most point of contact on programs you will build strong executive relationships with clients and work closely with the Dachis management team to ensure strategy and delivery stays on target, and recommendations are on point.
Playing a lead role in the business development process as a logical progression of your successful client engagements.
Eight + years of work experience in a management consulting capacity within an agency environment
Deep expertise in vertical and/or functional subject matter
Technical delivery experience (social, digital media, systems integration, workforce implementation)
Client-side experience highly desirable
Must possess a high degree of professionalism
Must be able to operate seamlessly within a client environment while managing project teams
Must have attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills and analytical capacity
Confident in public speaking and boardroom environments
Experience developing ROI frameworks and measurement methods, a business management understanding of statistics
Knowledge of how social media and online communities function: personal adoption and use of social media, experience participating, managing, or facilitating an online community a plus.
