Grow and manage Channel sales in multiple markets (Geographic or Channel sector / segment). Monitor, report and drive all key metrics related to the Channel performance in, including market share, design registration and conversion, new customer development and growth, specific product and application promotion programs and general management of the Channel relationship in the territory. Develop business relations by promoting ST image and product portfolio to customers and Channel partners. Implement sales strategy and contribute to the development of the sales figure and sales/budget/customer/market share growth strategies to ensure sustained sales and market share growth. Extensive travel is required for this position.
Candidate Qualifications: BSEE with a minimum of 10 years of Semiconductor Industry Sales / Marketing experience, with at least 2 years of direct experience with a large Distributor. Ideal candidate will have experience in multiple markets, such as Industrial, Automotive, Consumer and Computer. Strong demonstrated strategic planning and sales growth experience, managing multiple activities / resources simultaneously and have a self-driven and results oriented mentality.
