Participate in onsite implementation planning meetings
  • Coordinate implementation of new products
  • Manage project schedule, changes in scope and overall status
  • Provide constant status updates to manager
  • Write clear detailed tasks to accomplish implementation of products
  • Plan and conduct effective client conference calls
  • Liaison between all departments to ensure successful implementation of all products
  • Review samples before submitting to the client
  • Track all tasks by due dates and monitor client contract obligations
  • Continuous phone and email conversations to maintain excellent communication with clients
  • Monitor production jobs for accuracy and any other job related info
  • Follow through and resolve billing conflicts and issues
  • Seek additional revenue through new products that could be outsourced to Venture
  • Communicate all sales opportunities to the sales executive

  • Required Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Dynamic customer service skills for internal and external customers
    • Exceptional organization skills
    • Mortgage loan servicing and/or printing background preferred
    • Call center experience is not applicable
    • Strong financial and analytical skills
    • The ability to travel
    • A clear background check and drug screen
