A growing healthcare firm has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to support a VP and their team. Duties include but are not limited to extensive calendar management, meeting arrangements, conference room scheduling, placing catering orders, preparing meeting templates, transferring and uploading files into SharePoint, and extensive phone and email communication with other departments. General office duties include filing, document creation, faxing and making copies.
Requirements: Prior experience supporting executives, strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, excellent organizational skills, and experience in the medical field. SharePoint experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to remain calm under pressure and able to respond quickly to last minute requests.
