A company in Woodinville is seeking a Senior Sales Administrative Assistant for a variety of administrative and sales support duties.

Duties include and are not limited to:
Provide extensive administrative and office management support for entire sales office, including Vice President and sales personnel (includes: coordinating schedules/travel arrangements, preparing correspondence/presentations and additional support functions as needed).
Project tracking and follow-up with NW Region managers.
Streamline and/or develop and implement policies and procedures.
Act as liaison to corporate office.
Work with IS to resolve computer hardware and software issues in region office.
Assist Vice President with development of yearly business plan.
Assist Vice President with region goal tracking and reporting to sales personnel
Timely production and distribution of daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Coordination of region pricing programs, including managing master pricing files, coordination of pricing adjustments, submission of Price Change Requests and communication of pricing to distributors within the region.
Analyze sales data from Cognos and Nielsen and prepare sales reports on designed templates as well as impromptu reports upon request.
Coordinate product allocations.
Coordinate Point of Sale materials allocation, orders and shipments.
Assist with inventory management by updating bi-weekly reports.
Create and produce custom Point of Sale material in coordination with Creative Dept.
Coordinate on-site facility tours/events for distributors, retailers and restaurateurs.
Schedule and coordinate arrangements for regional sales meetings, new product launches, sales blitzes and distributor kick-offs.
Assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years administrative assistant experience, preferably supporting a sales organization.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, reconciliation and prioritization abilities/skills.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel skills (ability to use formulas and link spreadsheets) and PowerPoint.
Experience with Lotus Notes, Cognos, and Outlooksoft preferred.
Experience reviewing AC Nielsen data preferred.
Intermediate accounting skills to maintain expense and other reporting functions. Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis and evaluation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks and frequent deadlines.
High School diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
