Primary Responsibilities include:
Financial Reporting and Analysis/Forecasting for International Markets
' Ensure Corporate and Regional financial requirements, (Business Review, AOP, Strategic Planning, Flash Forecast ), with a focus on the Latin America Region, are delivered in an accurate and timely manner.
' Provide timely, informative, and proactive business analysis on the Latin America Region ' including - Geographic, Product & Customer Portfolio reporting & analysis.
' Perform ad-hoc analysis on various aspects of the Regional Intl businesses. Focus will be on Latin America business, however, may also support other Intl Regions as needed.
' Support International markets by providing assistance with monthly actual analysis, month end close and ad hoc projects as needed
'Support consolidation of Regional Results.
' Support various financial analysis projects as requested by Senior Management.
Business Partner for International Regions, focus on Latin America
' Support set-up and integration of new Subsidiaries and businesses on an as needed basis
' Participate and/or lead teams to support International objectives at WHQ and/or in the Field.
' New Product Development (NDP) support and reporting
' Identify process improvements to enhance performance of WHQ and local finance group.
' Assist in establishing and measuring against Key Performance Indicators
' Serve as trusted analyst to team and Business Leaders
' Serve as educator of financial and accounting concepts
' Interpret and present financial results and business performance to all levels of the Organization. .
' Support Supply Chain Finance Group in identifying, tracking, reporting and analysis on ROCS and Capital Investment.
' Work with Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit and Corp. Accounting to ensure we are properly managing financial risks, cash repatriation and financing, and structuring the businesses in a tax efficient manner
' Support acquisition analyses including due diligence, forecasting and cash flow analysis as needed
What do I need to be considered a candidate?
Bachelor's degree in Business (required) with an emphasis in Accounting (preferred); MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial and analytical experience; sales & marketing and/or manufacturing experience preferred
Spanish proficiency a strong plus
Modeling Experience: Financial, Cost, Capacity, Business Models
Demonstrated company-wide project experience
Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work to balance cost and risk factors within the Finance Team
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with others in various geographic locations
Project management skills to include demonstrated planning, managing projects and organizing
Solid verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Proficiency in MS 2010 Office software is required; strong Excel skills
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment; ability to be flexible
Experience working with Oracle
International experience a strong plus
Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
