The Senior CRM Engineer will work onsite at the facility in Washington, DC and will be required to support customer programs by supporting all life cycle activities: Planning, Requirements Definition, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Production Support and Documentation. Experience in the customization and development of CRM-based business systems is essential for this role. You'll work directly and collaboratively with technical, management, and client teams to deliver high quality development services and welcome opportunities to research and implement new technologies.


10+ years of experience as Systems Analyst/programmer

5+ years working as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM developer

Provide Solutions Architecture and/or Industry Expertise to project teams for solution development, specifically for Microsoft solutions.

Demonstrate expertise in integrating multiple, diverse processes and systems within a single engagement.

Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation.

Drive key meetings and workshops to achieve the outcomes within the deadline.

Deliver presentations to all levels of management

Experience implementing ETL and other integration activities

Knowledge of SQL Server and SSRS Reports

Integration with External Applications

Strong team player, Analytical skills, Delivery focused

Experience with Microsoft Windows 2008

Communicate effectively with End Users and developers

Working with other team members and team lead understanding design documents, preparing and updating class diagrams, sequence diagrams and other design documents.

Performed business requirements gathering (to be model, as is model, etc.) and experienced configuring Microsoft CRM module(s)

Assisted in definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces and functional experience in leading technical team through Microsoft CRM api usage; integration development


Microsoft CRM 2011 certification

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying priorities
