To provide in-bound and out-bound assistance to customers regarding package inquires, problems and selling company services. Responsible for providing assistance to customers by utilizing various platforms such as phone, email and social media.
Responds to complex customer inquiries, resolve problems, and/or sell services via in-bound and out-bound calls.
Maintains current knowledge of company's basic products, services and solutions in order to assist customers.
Provides customer assistance with pricing, scheduling pick up and delivery, and supplies.
Provides assistance to customers by utilizing various platforms such as phone, email, and social media.
7:00AM-9:00PM (Monday- Friday)
Closed Saturday and Sunday
The start date for this position is March 4, 2013.

High school diploma/GED.
Eighteen (18) months customer representative
Experience in a corporate customer service environment
PC ability, verbal and writing skills.
Ability to work various shifts and weekend/holidays.
