The Sr. Database Administrator is responsible for query configuration, user management and other administrative configuration tasks. In addition, a SQL DBA will be required on a part-time basis to handle system backups, restores and ongoing tuning of the database.

Position located in Bloomington, IN.


Project Roles & Responsibilities:

• Creates a deployment plan for Customer

• Reviews, understands and provides input on Infrastructure Architecture guidance

• Troubleshoots and resolves product deployment problems

• Tests deployed products

• Applies patches and upgrades

• Performs database backups and restores

• Communicates to the Customer Project Manager on project status

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Training- Attend Blackbaud CRM project team training or a CRM training course to gain a familiarity of the system

• Attend SDK Training which has the following pre-requisites:

• Core Product Training in all Features that will be implemented

• Page Designer Training

• Extensive knowledge of VB .Net 2008

• Extensive knowledge of XML

• Extensive knowledge of SQL

• Extensive knowledge of ASP web service calls and usage
