Position Purpose

The role of the Account Leadership Department – under which the Sr. Digital Manager position falls – is to drive Moxie’s business forward and to provide alternative ways to innovate against the client’s objectives. The Sr. Digital Manager supports the Account Director & VP in that mission across multiple segments on a large piece of business.

Major Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Work with assigned clients to create and deliver strategy, business rules, and creative brief for email and landing page campaigns

2. Route and oversee creative process, allocate & assign creative resources, and coordinate with creative and tech teams

3. Consult with discipline leads and collaborate with other CRM, creative, and tech team members to build the best solutions for individual campaigns

4. Ensure the timely handoff of deliverables to client

5. Take responsibility for entire process and makes yourself accountable for deliverables released to client and deployed to market

6. Perform “look-back” analysis on campaigns and programs - monthly, yearly and on an ad-hoc basis

7. Keep accurate records of campaigns and campaign performance as well as track against project scope

8. Accurately QA all deliverables being sent to client or being deployed to market

9. Create and perform testing (SL, creative, format, etc.) for campaigns to systematically improve overall performance of current and future campaigns

10. Work with Digital Supervisor & Account Director to plan growth of each business segment assigned

11. Help onboard, train and guide other team members as needed

12. Understand business at a granular level and be able to provide recommendations (weekly, monthly) on how to change and adapt to business needs

13. Continually identify areas of improvement within internal and external team and provide recommendations to Account Director

14. Expected to understand program results and work with analytics on your and other team member’s programs to develop optimization recommendations

15. Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

May require minimal overnight travel

Education Required

Bachelor’s degree

Years of Relevant Experience

Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience – can include brand management, marketing, advertising, account management

Preferred Qualifications

· Digital marketing background, especially within the email marketing space

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

· Enthusiasts of the brand and category to which they’re assigned

· Must be passionate about advertising and the digital space

· Embody a competitive spirit for both Moxie, our clients, and doing innovative work

· Tactful / diplomatic communicator

o Internally and Externally

o Formal written, informal written, verbal

o Ability to communicate complex information in easy-to-understand terms

· Some demonstrated experience in crisis and issue management

· Skilled in presenting to mid-to-high level clients

· Able to actively build and maintain good working relationships with clients and colleagues

· Must be willing to go above and beyond to ensure client’s issues and requests are sufficiently resolved
