The Sr. Analyst of Digital Marketing is focused on supporting our Search business within the Digital Innovation Group. The position will be responsible for all analytics related to our Search marketing, both Paid (PPC) and Organic (SEO). S/he is responsible for a wide variety of data-driven activities in support of marketing decision making, such as data management, budgeting, bidding, pattern/trend exploration and explanation, ad copy and landing page analysis, and forecasting. This position will work closely with other analysts and client relationship managers in the company. The Sr. Digital Analyst will serve as a primary point of contact between many of our clients and stakeholders around managing and enhancing our client’s digital measurement. They will also be part of a growing multifaceted digital analytics team that develops advanced analytic solutions for top companies across industries.
This role is expected to contribute to the development of KPI’s and recommendations to support growth of our clients’ Search Marketing efforts and integrate with their overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of digital marketing and user experience and fluent in digital analytics. Additionally, they should have 2-5 years of experience in marketing analytics.

Ability to tackle complex analysis from multiple data sources and produce actionable business solutions
Understand the business applications/market place and provide constant, clear communication of objectives, status, and test plans
Establish solid, working relationship with the stakeholders and become a trustworthy partner with respect to analysis, reporting, and business needs
2-5 years relevant work experience with online ad operations or data management environment, including a demonstrable track-record of success and/or promotion
BA/BS in a quantitative discipline (e.g. sciences, mathematics, engineering, economics, accounting, operations research, business).
MBA or other Masters degree a plus
Experience with Web Analytics Packages such as Omniture, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, etc.
Experience with predictive modeling and forecasting (SPSS, SAS, etc.)
Experience with business intelligence tools, such a Tableau, Cognos, MicroStrategy
Exceptional, results-driven and focused business and data analyst, combining a quantitative outlook with the ability to articulate results in a clear and concise way

Experience in ad serving and media planning platforms are a plus, but not mandatory (e.g. AdWords, AdSense, Marin, Kenshoo, etc)
Ability to extract and manipulate data from multiple, complex data sources with a high degree of accuracy
Comfort and understanding of statistical analysis including, but not limited to Regression, A/B Testing, Optimization, and Cluster Analysis.
Knowledge of and experience with the following tools/platforms preferred: SAS, SQL, VBA, Excel (Power User)
Additional knowledge of BI Tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Microstrategy, or other BI tools
