Tocquigny is seeking a leader of Client Engagement to guide all aspects of client relations. This person will be instrumental in mentoring and managing a team of Account Service professionals. In addition, this person will be expected to interact with high-profile clients to maintain a high level of client satisfaction, ensure revenue goals are met and manage project profitably. This person will also be heavily involved with business development efforts.
Strategic leader within the Agency, responsible for account growth, client satisfaction, and client retention.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Key member of the Agency’s leadership team guiding the overall management of the Agency with a focus on Agency revenue growth, project profitability, operational efficiency and employee development.
Exemplify a winning attitude that inspires others to achieve goals and deadlines in competitive, high-pressure environments.
Proven ability to display leadership in thought, word and action.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Experience : 15+ years of professional experience with a digital marketing agency, interactive services group and/or consulting practice, and 5+ years of experience overseeing a team of developers
Agency Leadership : Strong understanding and POV for role of technology team in providing digital marketing solutions through an agency team
Experience preparing for and presenting to Clients and Senior Executives.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build sound professional relationships at all levels of the internal organization.
Ability to identify key players and build strong relationships within a client’s organization.
Experience with social and mobile is a plus.
MBA is a plus.
