SFDC Business Systems:
An IT working executive with prior Salesforce Development or BA Experience
2-4 years management experience preferably in a development environment using a relatable SDLC process
Experience in Agile Development, prior scrum master or has participated as a working contributor in Sprint activities
Demonstrated experience with managing & motivating working development teams of 6-10 developers
Demonstrated experience in workflow design, API development, Apex code & triggers, user documentation, QA process management, and effective deployment protocols in .Force.com platform

Responsibilities:
Responsible for support of all technical functions that support all business functions in Admissions PES, and Enrollment and all back office needs operations across all University programs
Works with VP, Business Systems to set Salesforce operating budget and performance measures to support delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual company targets
Manages and directs the activities of 6-10 Business Analysts
Manages and is the owner of the SF Agile Process/SLDC
Partners with Product Development Managers and Sr IT staff to ensure that all SF deliverables are planned, executed and deployed
Works with matrix leadership teams to ensure quality and efficiency of Admissions and enrollment operations via improvements to process and CRM
Evaluates, manages and monitors core operating processes, workflow activities, performance dashboards and policies
Informs and guides business decisions by providing actionable metrics and recommendations that are aligned with student volume, quality and revenue goals
Is the process owner for the SF SDLC enhancements
Is the process owner for the SF team, and overall master of the Enhancement universe
All SF BA’s are directly responsible to the Sr Director
Provides strategic recommendations on operational issues with a focus on process improvement, operational efficiency and financial impact
Structures, implements and monitors testing plans to develop recommendations for full-scale implementation and future optimizations of the SF Product
Coordinates cross-functional initiatives with software development to accommodate and (Admissions, Marketing, PES, Tech) to develop improved support tools (ex. Webinars, Prezi) improve lead-to-student conversion
Interaction models
Acts as a service organization to all user groups and is accountable for proactive thinking ahead of needs and offering solutions
Owns employee training, management feedback, and behavioral change
Leads operational risk mitigation processes to identify issues before they occur, facilitate faster resolution and improve internal and external working relationships
Work with the Central Analytics & Data Warehouse team to define data standards, capture methods, reporting requirements and governance on operations performance reporting
Establish and optimize reporting standards, dashboards, and distribution methods to deliver timely and actionable information to key stakeholders
