Own and define targeting, segmentation and profiling frameworks and applications for how we should segment and treat users to create lift for advertisers, partners and for our O&O experiences
Data architect navigating between the market needs and the data scientists / production systems that can create value at scale in real-time. (not academic!)
Own and develop roadmap for shopping intent data assets
Lead product management for applications to maximize the value the enterprise can derive from its shopping intent data and other user data
Deep experience in mining consumer data and turning it into segments to create lift, ideally in retail shopping
Deep hands-on product mgmt. and data architecture experience
Deep experience on both CRM applications and ad targeting skill sets
Translatable and practical commercial and product intelligence
Ability to understand market needs for product translation
Ability to influence data scientists and technologists for product execution
Capable of owning and bootstrapping and running lean like a start-up, high metabolism
