Key Responsibilities •
Produce consistent, accurate, and timely data/reporting needed for ad hoc and recurring training reports and learning effectiveness case studies •
Build and exploit centralized solutions to grow efficiencies, effectiveness, speed, and innovation through the Learning Organization •
Lead the technical design of area-wide integrated training analytics reporting infrastructure •
Drive current & relevant performance data extracts and data connections from multiple sources in partnership with Area reporting teams •
Lead reporting and quality management of data and databases for training projects •
Ensure top quality reporting outputs and monitor data changes tied to the training programs •
Manage and implement SQL and query changes/updates to maintain alignment with Marketing, Area and Company KPI’s •
Ensure data needs of Training Leaders are both proactively anticipated and reactively met •
Assist in development of area training presentations (dashboards, scorecards, reports) for senior management to be utilized in senior level meetings, ops reviews, etc. •
Analyze data, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improving business results across all workgroups •
Manage multiple projects simultaneously including assignments and tasks in order to meet aggressive deadlines •
Coordinate with management on priorities as relevant

Required Qualifications
Qualifications •
2-4 years of relevant experience in reporting analysis or related discipline •
Preferred Bachelors Degree or a minimum 2 year degree and equivalent combination of education and experience in technical related roles required •
EXTENSTIVE experience with: MS Excel, MS ACCESS, MS PowerPoint, Cognos, and Data Warehouse applications •
Strong understanding of Teradata SQL Assistant and Oracle •
Experience with Cognos Reports or similar reporting solution •
Knowledge of MS Excel VBA Programming and Automation is a strong plus •
Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical skills •
Strong critical thinking, problem solving abilities, and decision-making skills •
High aptitude for learning new systems & concepts and act with agility in a fast-paced and virtual working environment •
Requires strong Project Management skills and someone that is results-oriented, works with a strong sense of urgency, is proactive and flexible, strategic thinking, and self motivated Ability to interpret complex business requests & implement based on aggressive timelines •
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple work assignments simultaneously with little direction •
Ability to compare, process, organize and compile information •
Ability to recognize trends and provide relevant solutions •
Excellent written & oral communication skills •
Acts with a high degree of integrity to maintain confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment
