Manage and direct Associate Manager(s) to advance brands and talent.
Create a vision of the market and channel potential (i.e. Imagining how markets could look in the future; reshaping market understanding with mould-breaking thinking; identifying key growth opportunities and competitor threats; etc.)
Manage and implement global marketing plans; responsible for positioning, messaging, packaging, pricing and creative campaigns. Manage brand assets pro-actively to ensure achievement of brand equity goals via marketing mix. Anticipate competitor actions.
Manage financial and marketing objectives for the brand; obtain adequate resources to translate the brand strategy into action; develop integrated mix development plans; assess how planned activities will contribute to the brand s positioning.
Contribute to overall portfolio strategy in support of Global Head Product Marketing, and develop and deliver brand plans aligned with portfolio strategy, business units and commercial goals. Contribute to thought leadership for business unit.
In collaboration with market research, understand the VOC and build the new product initiative success criteria to win with our customers. Set new product initiative goals, sales targets and KPIs.
Design and qualify winning consumer & customer's big idea, concept, claims, key benefit and RTB visuals as well as any relevant sights & sounds cues. Work with R&D to leverage technical possibilities and understand technical trade-offs vis a vis market potential.
Manage the design, development and qualification of the primary package shape and secondary package structure and graphics.
Work with sales and GMs regarding key account/customer sell-in requirements for new initiatives and develop marketing plan recommendation to deliver Eye Care Practitioner s new fits and brand switching targets, as well as new product consumer adoption required to meet financial goals.
Track, assess and re-deploy if appropriate (best practice transfer) successful local/regional initiatives that deliver brand goals in line with brand strategy, combining compliance to global strategy with local relevance.
Travel globally to work closely with regional marketing, affiliates and KOLS to ensure consistent and productive brand Management.

Minimum 5+ years marketing experience successfully driving growth of multiple products/Brands in classical CPG industry. OTC product background a plus .
Experience in both the US experience and other countries.
Previous experience in a Global Marketing role preferred.
A track record of successfully working with Research & Development and leading new product launches.
Gate-keeper marketing and/or sales and sales management experience, as well as a sound grasp of the fundamentals of marketing, marketing research, advertising, public relations, sales promotion/strategy development.
Classical brand management experience is optimal
Experience as a manager/developer of high performance marketing professionals.
