Sr. Human Resources Business Partner based out of our Austin, TX campus. The successful candidate will be a strong business-focused HR Partner, who has experience in providing HR Business Partner support to senior business leaders, managing high change, and carrying out organizational development initiatives.

Primary areas of focus will include organization and leadership development, talent/performance management, change management, workforce planning, and coaching (employee to executive level).
Build and nurture strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders; partner with colleagues inside and outside of HR to innovate, enhance, align and drive the effectiveness of HR initiatives
Develop and leverage HR strategies and solutions that best meet business needs
Partner with the business to identify, develop and drive key Talent Management initiatives such as leadership development, talent/performance management, change management, workforce and succession planning, and coaching (employee and manager).
Partner with business leadership team to analyze and interpret engagement survey results, identify trends and work with leadership team to identify and implement action planning
Drive pay-for-performance; partner with Leadership teams for salary planning, promotions, resource planning and talent calibration
Act as an advisor to business leaders on issues relating to policy interpretation and employee relations; providing coaching techniques and developing performance improvement plans
Formulate Partnerships across the HR Function with Centres of Excellence to deliver value added service to the business groups that reflect the business objectives of the organization
Analyze, interpret and use various HR metrics KPI’s (i.e. attrition/retention, performance, engagement, etc.) to provide guidance to the business
• BS/BA and 5 + years HR Business Partner experience, or MS/MA/MBA and 3+ years HR Business partner experience.
