As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with the leadership of your assigned business client group in driving employee productivity, employee engagement, and improving organizational effectiveness. In collaboration with Human Resources Centers of Expertise, you are responsible for assisting with the development, coordination, support and implementation of targeted initiatives for HR and your assigned business unit client group.


· Anticipates and proactively partners with a diverse internal/external client base to address their needs and those of the business
· Provides oversight, supervision and direction to deliver HR programs and services designed to meet the unique needs of the assigned business unit client group
· Coordinates with the assigned business unit client group to ensure delivery of additional HR Resources, such as Organizational Effectiveness and Design, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Compensation
· Identifies and drives the communication of best practices across functions and within HR to facilitate continuous improvement
· Interprets industry trends to meet Business Unit challenges
· Partners with leaders to execute on human resource strategies which support the short-term and long-term business strategies of the assigned business unit client group
· Defines/articulates business strategy by helping business leaders identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes
Talent Management
· Understands talent needs of the business and proactively identifies talent issues
· Creates business value by using knowledge of how business strategy impacts talent needs
· Supports line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy
Organizational Effectiveness
· Ensures that a strong leadership and coaching culture permeates the organization
· Designs organizational structures around business objectives
· Identifies key metrics to drive business performance
Employee Relations
· Provides advice and coaching to managers and employees including current, direct, complete and actionable, positive, and constructive feedback to others
· Addresses potential performance improvement, HR policy violations, and process issues
· Makes recommendations relative to trends in employee relations issues
· Project Management
o Leads projects or programs with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity
o Ensure group's processes and procedures are compliant
Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of comparable work experience; educational concentration in Human Resources is preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Human Resources that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
  • Proficiency in organizational effectiveness, change management, business planning, policy implementation and communication
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
  • Drives performance targets to completion
