Performant has a great opportunity for a multi-faceted and highly analytical Compensation and HR professional is looking for an opportunity to make an impact in a diverse, fast-paced business environment.

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will conduct research, analysis, planning, and implementation to provide help drive the development of compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures, as well as play a key role in projects such as Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence and integration, developing the HR intranet communications, and HRIS planning and implementation.

What you will do:
-Conduct research and analysis in areas of compensation and benefits
-Job evaluations, FLSA review, profiling and compensation analysis
-Conduct compensation studies and contribute to development of infrastructure for base salary structures
-Support analysis, development and administration of variable compensation programs
-Develop guidelines for compensation actions and contribute to development of training materials regarding compensation
-Conduct analysis for due diligence and support integration planning for M&A activity
-Contribute to the development of HR intranet
-Collaborate effectively within the HR team as well as with management and key stakeholders across the company
-Align with and demonstrate company core values (People, Innovation and Excellence)
-Effectively deliver results aligned with HR and business objectives

Required Skills and Knowledge:

Skills you have:
-Demonstrated depth of knowledge in Compensation. CCP Preferred
-Strong analytic and process mind-set with insatiable curiosity
-Technical skills and competency working with multiple HRIS platforms
-Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and strong competency in other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Quick to learn and use new applications and tools
-Previous M&A due diligence or integration experience is highly desired
-Polished and professional communication skills
-Customer service attitude and mentality
-Strong knowledge of applicable labor laws
-Solid project management and program development capabilities
-Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
-Adapts quickly and effectively to changing business needs

Education and Experience:

-BA/BS in Business, Management, Finance, Human Resources (or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience
-CCP preferred
-5+ years experience in HR with analyst and project-based responsibilities
-3+ years professional level compensation program analysis and development
-Experience with system implementation and/or Mergers & Acquisitions highly desired
