As TransUnion Healthcare continues its aggressive growth we need to add additional talent. As an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) you will join a rapidly growing sales team and have an immediate impact on TransUnion Healthcare’s bottom line! Reporting to the Manager of Sales Operations and Inside Sales, you will have the resources to successfully reach and surpass the goals we set for you and the goals you set for yourself. Based at our corporate headquarters, you will have the opportunity to meet and work closely with TransUnion Healthcare executives as you develop and progress your career.

The ISR will focus on growing a territory of both new accounts and existing customers, and will work directly with the TransUnion Healthcare field sales team to identify and qualify new opportunities. They will also work closely with marketing to ensure campaigns are successful and have measurable impact. In this capacity an ISR may also be assigned to work on ongoing initiatives and projects that will have executive visibility.

This role provides the opportunity for an experienced ISR to expand their forecasting skills, reporting skills, entrepreneurial attitude, and industry knowledge while also growing within the company.

This position will be a self starter who has a proven track record of success in an inside sales program. Additionally, they will have experience using CRM solutions to track, maintain, and report on applicable data.

As an ISR you will generally be responsible for the following:

Sales for small to mid size hospital and physician clients via phone from lead to contract

Follow-up/support for marketing campaigns to ensure effectiveness of Direct sales staff

Client relationship support for small to mid size hospital and physician clients via phone

Updating and maintaining client data via throughout the year

Support for completion of RFPs for Direct sales team

Preferred Skills:
BS or BA in a technical or business discipline required

3 + years of previous Inside Sales experience at a technology or healthcare company preferred

Must have a base understanding of the healthcare industry

Entrepreneurial, independent professional who is self motivated and results driven

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required

Strong drive for success and personal achievement is critical

Must have demonstrated presentation experience

Integrity, team player, responsible and professional demeanor

Minimum competencies, knowledge, skills, and abilities:
