The Sr. Integration Specialist functions in a lead role from inception through delivery of integration projects. These responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and implementing integration solutions. This role will lead activities to document technical specifications from which solutions will be developed. This individual will be involved in all phases of the solution lifecycle to include installation, upgrades, enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Ability to design and develop complex ETL structures to extract, transform and load data from multiple data sources into data warehouse and other databases based on requirements.

Provide senior technical knowledge of ETL solutions for application integration and BI projects.

Ability to lead meetings with technical peers regarding the solution designs.

Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Mangers to convert functional specifications into technical specifications.

Serve as the lead designer of Integration/ETL activities for assigned projects.

Ability to develop the task plan for Integration/ETL design and development activities for assigned projects.

Lead unit and integration testing activities and participate in user acceptance testing as needed.

Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, is a proficient problem solver, ability to acquire new skills quickly and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Provides status updates to appropriate levels of management.

Required Experience:
College degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

At least 5 years of experience in data warehouse and/or data integration development and maintenance.

At least 2 years of experience in working with ETL tools, e.g. Informatica.

An excellent knowledge of data warehousing concepts, theories and best practices.

Experience in Unix/Linux scripting.

Exemplary SQL skills and deep experience with RDBMS systems.
