As part of the team, you will work to build, evangelize and deliver world-class virtualization solutions, products, and services to customers and partners.
Corporate Marketing sets strategy and works with employees throughout the world to execute an integrated marketing plan across all marketing channels and geographies to support marketing strategy and direction for specific VMware solutions. The Corporate and Field Marketing teams work extensively with sales, product management and product marketing as well as outside agencies in order to execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs that include online, print, email, direct mail, webinars, seminars, tradeshows and executive marketing sessions.
VMware has well-established alliances with HP. This alliance is independent, strategic, tier-one, and a global partner with VMware.
This Alliance Marketing Manager reports directly to the Director of Americas Alliance Marketing.
The Sr. Manager, Americas HP Alliance Marketing position will manage joint-marketing initiatives for the alliance, HP in the Americas:
- Develop, define, manage and execute cutting-edge, marketing and sales programs based upon pre-existing strategies and initiatives defined by separate VMware marketing entities.
- Collaborate with and directly integrate marketing initiatives with alliance sales teams and ensure full comprehension of sales plans for marketing integration.
- Ensure marketing programs influence and yield sales revenue and measurable results.
