Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager will work with the Director, Total Rewards to design, implement and administer strategic compensation programs, HR systems, and processes and controls associated with supporting these programs. The programs should ensure Daymon’s ability to attract and retain talented associates for diverse U.S. and International locations. Benchmarks Daymon’s programs to industry comparators; monitors effectiveness of programs; ensures cost-effective use of policies and practices; and recommends changes as appropriate. Educates managers and HR staff on Daymon’s compensation programs to ensure optimal understanding and effective use of programs

Responsibilities and Expected Contributions:

  • Counsels HR generalists, managers & associates in all areas of compensation including market analysis, administration, policies and regulatory compliance
  • Works with international HR team to design & administer international compensation programs
  • Prepares compensation documents and communications
  • Recommends annual increase pool based on market data; revises annual salary ranges & oversees changes to HRIS
  • Oversees maintenance of job classifications (titles, grades, FLSA, EEO, etc), coordinating with HRIS, HRGs and recruiting team
  • Analyzes and determines grades for new and revised positions
  • Leads job title/grading review projects
  • Assists with job descriptions as needed
  • Participates in salary surveys and analyzes results; researches market trends; recommends changes based on data
  • Responsible for annual increase processing in HRIS, including staff communications, educating on system, approval workflows, reporting to executives & senior HR
  • Oversee U.S. and international bonus processes, working with Finance, executives and international team as needed
  • Responsible for budgeting and cost effective management of all programs
  • Leads or assists with other projects as needed

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 7-10 years experience in compensation
  • Supervisory experience required
  • Highly proficient user of Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong analytic abilities
  • Proficient in HRIS applications (Ultipro highly preferred), including report writing & Cognos
