Department:
The Talent Acquisition (TA) team is a dynamic group within the Human Resources organization that focuses on strategically aligning itself with the lines of business to identify, recruit, and acquire top talent. As partners to the business, the TA team also focuses on re-recruiting our employees through active engagement and special programs.

Objectives of the Role:
The Senior Manager of Global Mobility and Recruiting Operations will design and implement consistencies and best practices for the current and future employee population. In addition, they will consult with and educate managers and business leaders on the role of Global mobility, RMS relocation policies and industry best practices

Manage relationships with RMS global mobility vendors (immigration and relocation firms) to achieve timely resolution of complex assignment issues; lead regular meetings with service providers and RMS mobility team to coordinate and facilitate relocation processes

Maintain strong working relationships with worldwide RMS HR and business leadership across all geographies

Manage multiple simultaneous relocation processes to provide seamless services to assignees and their families

Executive Mobility case management

Ensure competitive and comprehensive relocation support benefits are offered

Analyze unique assignment situations and provide timely, cost effective solutions, while maintaining consistency, adhering to policy guidelines and ensuring a positive solution for the employee

Research and address/resolve complex assignment issues, including immigration escalations; identify and communicate service resolution to all parties

Lead highly strategic mobility transformation projects

Involvement with policy development and interpretation; provide counseling relative to policies to employees at all levels, (up to and including executive level) on a worldwide basis.

Review, analyze and make recommendations to improve mobility policy and processes to:

o increase efficiency and/or customer service levels, including potential vendor/supplier or other support services

Provides the day-to-day management for the following tools, technologies and programs: applicant tracking system (ATS), career portal, job boards, candidate experience, employee referral program, contingent hiring, and pre-hire requirements

o Responsible for implementing new Applicant Tracking System
o Understand employee referral program metrics and create ways to increase participation
o Select and maintain 3rd party contingent-hire vendor. Create guidelines (based on industry standards and company need) to ensure fairness and equity for contingent workforce
o Manages pre-hire employment details including background checks
o Manage candidate and hiring manager customer support surveys

Coach and provide subject matter expertise to TA coordinators in order to help grow the team’s knowledge base

As a member of the Talent Acquisition Management team, provide strategy and innovation to ensure group continues to have a best-in-class reputation

Introduces robust metrics/analytics and process improvements while ensuring smooth day to day operations of Global Talent Acquisition.

Participate in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources programs and projects

About the Candidate

5+ years Global Mobility/Relocation management, Global Immigration and or HR business partner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfort with ambiguity and ability to use sound judgment to drive complex issues to resolution

Ability to influence others to achieve results

Ability to handle highly confidential information

Self-directed, detail-orientated problem solver

Knowledge of and sensitivity to country norms and practices

Strong financial aptitude to understanding complex budgeting and tax information; experience working for global tax provider on Mobility related cases is a plus
