Technical, managerial and administrative experience with grant programs, preferably at the federal level
·
Experience with internal controls and financial management, preferable
·
Knowledge and experience with grant announcement development, application reviews and technical review panels
·
Knowledge of the development of evaluation criteria and performance measures
·
Experience with expenditures and reimbursements, close-out, deobligation, preferred
·
Experience in grant monitoring and compliance monitoring
Qualifications
·
Knowledge of all aspects of grants management and cooperative agreements through certifications and relevant experience.
·
10+ years of grants management experience
·
Bachelor’s degree required and Masters’ degree is preferred
