We’re looking for a strategic thinker and analytic dynamo that can partner with our National Sales leaders to plan and optimize inventory yield. As Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing a team in charge of developing strategies necessary to the success of our Sales team. Our ideal candidate should be a competitive, critical thinker who thrives on a fast-paced environment and understands the needs of national clients and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities:
Define analysis models for inventory monetization, yield optimization, trends, and opportunities
Gather and analyze data, information, and research (e.g., market data, competitive analysis, advertiser/consumer research, etc.) through quantitative and qualitative mechanisms to make decisions on strategic sales initiatives
Develop and maintain models to forecast company revenue performance and model potential outcomes across various scenarios and sensitivities
Frame and break down complex business problems into key components and provide answers to critical questions, and recommend practical solutions
Communicate progress, insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Continuously strive to improve and/or define new processes, reports, and dashboards for internal and external users
Work with source system development teams to support data acquisition and ensure data quality
Provide expert decision-support to internal user community in the usage and interpretation of data by running ad-hoc queries, performing quantitative analyses and running reports

Candidate Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in fields such as market research, revenue management, ad trafficking or market research
3+ years management experience with a proven record of strong leadership and team building skills
Proven ability working with large data sets; must have a data driven approach to solving problems, with very strong quantitative skills and structured problem-solving capability
Familiarity with basic relational database design, technical ability to access data, organize it, and develop models with conclusive outputs
Strong communication and presentation skills required with the ability to develop executive level presentations
Expertise in MS Excel, Powerpoint and databases
