McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNeil-PPC, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Process and Compliance Sr. Manager located in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

McNeil Consumer Healthcare Division of McNEIL-PPC, Inc markets a broad range of over-the-counter products, including TYLENOL® acetaminophen products, ZYRTEC® and BENADRYL® allergy medicines, IMODIUM® A-D anti-diarrheal, MOTRIN® IB, Mylanta and ROLAIDS® antacid products, and SUDAFED® nasal decongestants.

The Supply Chain Process and Compliance Sr. Manager, for the US OTC Supply Chain Planning organization, will report to the Strategic Planning Director of Supply Planning for OTC and is responsible for driving robust processes in the demand, supply, capacity management, and inventory management disciplines. The Supply Chain Process and Compliance Manager will also be responsible for the integration of the Consent Decree requirements into the supply chain network and the overall training program of the planning teams.

The Supply Chain Process and Compliance Manager's will be a liaison with various CD QSE teams. The Manager will be responsible for assessing impact of CD and QSE Team Initiatives to the Supply Chain network, and its processes, policies, systems and planning practices. The Supply Chain Process and Compliance Manager will be responsible to integrate the US OTC quality system standards relevant to Materials Management, Operations & Planning as dictated by the Consent Decree into the future standard supply chain planning business processes and systems.

The Supply Chain Process and Compliance Manager will define and implement standard processes across the US OTC Planning team in the disciplines of demand planning, supply network planning, Inventory management & capacity management. The role is responsible for providing directional oversight to measuring and enforcing compliance to those processes while developing and designing process enhancements and/or introducing new processes in support of new business objectives. The Manager will play a key integration role into NASC BPO organization & will be a primary interface to Global Consumer SC Planning team. The Supply Chain Process and Compliance Manager is responsible for providing oversight to measuring and enforcing compliance to required training as defined by the Regional Director of US OTC Planning. This includes curricula development, maintenance and tracking for the OTC planning team.

This candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelors degree. A MBA is highly preferred. A focused degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred. At least 10 years of overall business experience with at least 7 years in either one or a combination of the following areas: Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, Project Management, Procurement, Customer Relationship Management, External Manufacturing, or Materials Management is required. Prior people management/supervisory experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following disciplines are required: Supply Chain Planning, Demand Management/Forecasting, Logistics, Manufacturing, Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management and/or Contract Manufacturing. Experience with SAP is required, Experience with SAP modules production planning, supply network planning, Materials Management Planning is preferred.

Experience with Metrics, Dashboard Reporting and analytics is preferred. Demonstrated negotiation & influencing skills with the ability to drive results in a global matrix organization is required. A proven ability to communicate and present to Sr. leaders is required. Strong business partnering and relationship building skills are required. Experience working with Marketing and Sales are a plus.

The qualified candidate will have strong analytical/quantitative skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills, demonstrated strength in interdependent partnering and team management. Must be a self starter and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a matrix environment. Ability to manage complex issues and implement positive change is required. Knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel and PowerPoint applications is required.

This position is based in Ft. Washington, PA and may require minimal travel.
