Sr. Manager of Network Performance Management and Metrics is responsible for providing Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for Vonage’s network operations. Gathers all network quality and performance data and analyze for key performance indicators (KPIs). Establishes KPI targets and monitors performance of Vonage global network. Produces performance reviews, and drives improved performance. Work to continually improve Network performance and the tools for supporting this. Provide analytical and conceptual support to the management team, Peer Groups and individual network entities.

Essential Job Functions

  • Produces the Overview, with KPI scorecards and analysis of key highlights and recommendations
  • Ensures Network Performance data availability
  • Network Performance reporting
  • Sets KPI definition/threshold/formulae for reporting purposes
  • Sets up data collection schedules & post processing
  • Sets up Report Templates for Management, Planning & Acceptance
  • Network KPI report production and analysis for Management & Engineering
Proactive maintenance (trend analysis)

  • Supports Network acceptance through reporting and analysis
  • Provides End to End performance testing and analysis
  • Manages competitive testing process, reports, and improvements
Specific Requirements (Technical Knowledge, Software, Etc.)

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5+ years practical, hands-on experience in data collection and analysis, quantitative analysis, performance management
  • Good analytical, presentation and communication skills
  • Technical knowledge including various technologies including Networks, Telecom, Applications, Databases
  • Operational process knowledge with ITIL

  • BS Degree with 5+ years of experience
