You Will:
Drive innovation, direction, technology, and process solutions for our order fulfillment / Supply Chain team

Own the procurement process and delivery of content materials to Rafters premier campus customers

Manage and own operational and logistical interactions with our supply platform users and suppliers within the Rafter Network

Lead, own, mentor & advocate for a direct reporting team and cross-functional team(s) when solving sourcing, fulfillment, and supply chain business needs

Identify executional needs, to meet corporate goals; develop plans and secure resources to implement required solutions

Collaborate with Executive Team and other Management teams to solve for Partner and Company Educational Content needs

Promote and recommend solutions that you will have identified several approaches, negotiated trade-offs w/ stakeholders

Partner with analytics and finance team to ensure we are efficiently procuring inventory

Work directly with business teams, and partners to develop & modify critical processes

Conduct detailed analysis, measuring results, quantifying business benefit/impact, and identifying further supply business opportunities

Manage several, concurrent projects in various phases of ideation, execution & ultimately delivery

You Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or Product Development

Great business acumen and business reasoning skills

Startup Experience or the demonstrated innovative, "startup" style

7 years or more of eCommerce, Supply Chain or Order Fulfillment related experience

Experience in Educational Content Materials or Higher Education Campus Experience is a major plus

eCommerce, online retail or software experience

Must be a person that takes ownership and wants to be responsible for driving and creating fulfillment and supply chain solutions

Excellent background identifying and delivering on business strategies based on business objectives

Track record of delivering on partner and customer expectations

Strong technical know-how, ability to communicate complicated concepts and workflows in laymen terms
