The Solutions Marketing Consultant is responsible for the development, planning and execution of an annual strategic marketing plan covering DDI’s Selection Solutions. In this role, you will partner with the leaders of DDI’s Solutions and DDI’s Chief Marketing Officer to create market visibility and lead generation for our Selection Solution. Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Creating the vision and strategic marketing planning for DDI’s assigned solutions
  • Managing execution of global marketing plan through direct report and internal business partners. Specifically:
    • Launch new products
    • Development of client-facing collateral
    • Work with our demand generation team in creating lead generation campaigns
    • Manage and secure presence at tradeshows including speaking engagements
    • Work with Solutions Groups to develop and execute live events and webinars
    • Partnering with public relations team to maximize traditional and social media presence
    • Development of web content
    • Track and analyze trends (e.g., industry, customer, market)
    • Manage project budgets and overall spend
    • Online and print advertising
    • Conceptualize and manage execution of industry research & trend reports and business impact thought leadership
  • Advise and influence senior leadership on strategic direction based on market trends and competitive intelligence to secure R&D and marketing spend
Relevant Qualifications

(These are the minimum qualifications you need to be considered for the job)
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience–Master’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Extensive project management experience required
  • Four years’ experience in six or more of the following areas :
    • Collateral and sales tool development
    • Events, tradeshows, and webinars
    • Public relations
    • Integrated lead generation marketing campaigns
    • Marketing/trend research projects/reports/presentations
    • Trend analysis by industry, customer, market
    • Product launches
    • Database marketing/customer segmentation
    • Working with DDI expert in creating thought leadership articles/presentations
    • Strategic marketing plan creation
    • Project budgeting
    • Website content development
  • Expertise with product marketing strategies, concepts, and communication strategies
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PPT, SharePoint, and web conferencing platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with partners, teams, departments, or organizations to accomplish business goals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to use customer market, and customer data to improve business results
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems/issues
  • Ability to effectively manage one’s time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently
  • Willingness to proactively take initiative to achieve goals beyond what is required
  • Ability to seek out new learning opportunities and apply learning to the job
  • Ability to constantly come up with innovative approaches and new ideas
Preferred Qualification
  • Previous experience in Human Resources/Talent Management Industry
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua)
