Job Description:

The Sr. Marketing Programs Manager will primarily be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns designed to deliver qualified sales leads.

• Develop and implement effective vertical marketing campaigns encompassing social media, advertising, email marketing, webinars, field events, and more to generate qualified leads. This includes initial program conceptualization, execution of the creative process, program execution, and success measurement.
• Manage trade show program (6-8 shows/year) to maximize company visibility and demand generation.
• Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and present results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps.
• Work with other members of the marketing team to develop, refine and manage the prospect database, including sourcing of contacts from external lists, segmentation of the contact data and capture of all leads from all marketing activities.
• 7+ years or more experience with direct marketing and demand generation programs for business-to-business software, focused on SMB targets. Ideally, 5+ years marketing experience with a B2B/SMB focus and up to 2 yrs of experience in social media marketing and advertising, including strategy, implementation and measurement.
• Advanced knowledge of key marketing principles and the creative development and execution process; experience working on a variety of marketing campaigns, content development and social media programs.
• Outstanding creativity and design sense
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including copy writing and proofreading
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with both and marketing automation
• A degree in Marketing or Business preferred, MBA a plus
