What You Will Do as a Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing Operations
The role of the Senior Manager, Sales and Marketing Operations is to support NaviSite's Sales and Marketing organization in the pursuit to build sales funnels through demand generation technologies, programs and processes. Manages NaviSite's Marketo instance and the corresponding integration to multiple systems and processes throughout the company. Oversees execution, evaluation and manages new Sales Operations and Marketing Operations initiatives. Provided direct support to VP of Marketing and Marketing leadership team.
Other responsibilities include designing end-to-end demand generation processes using Marketo and other technologies. Researching best operational practices both within Marketo and Salesforce.com and making recommendations to senior leadership on emerging methods and technology designs.
Foresees emerging business issues and proactively recommends solutions to complex business problems. Work is performed with minimal direction and is reviewed by senior management. This job may or may not have supervisory responsibility. Work is performed without appreciable direction.

Ideal candidates will have:

- A Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of related experience in sales operations
- Results-driven, analytical with strong marketing and marketing technology background
- Expertise in Marketing Strategy & Implementation
- Campaign Management, Marketing Operations, Lead Nurturing
- Strong skills in Marketo, Salesforce.com, Marketing Analytics and Process Management
- Excellent verbal/written English communication skills
