Position: Sr. Network Support Engineer
Location: Milpitas, USA
Aryaka is looking for an operations engineer. The role involves a wide range of responsibilities that provides opportunities to work on different stages of software’s lifecycle.
Requirement management between engineering and operations
Deployment planning and implementation
Test new architectures / software releases for production
Write process documentation to help improve customer support process
Help network monitoring team trouble shoot escalated issues
Working with customers and engineers to diagnose and fix networking issues
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields
Strong understanding of OSI Layers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, TCP/IP
3-4 years of customer support and around the same in configuring network devices
Scripting – Bash/Python/Perl
CCNA required , CCNP optional
Fast learning skills and effective information acquisition strategies
Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
