Job Description:
Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion
therapy and we a looking for a Sr. Payroll & HR
Coordinator to join our HR team as we grow to be one of
the top 3 home infusion providers in the country within
the next 5 years. The Sr. Payroll & HR Coordinator will
report to the VP, HR and work in our Irvine, CA office.
Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and
recently became a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica.
The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth
driven by the aging population, increase in chronic
diseases, a robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to
market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery
settings to lower cost, high quality alternative
providers such as Amerita.
The Sr. Payroll & HR Coordinator will be responsible for
the administration of the bi-weekly payroll process in
addition to providing a broad range of HR support,
including processing all employee changes in the HRIS
system, maintaining personnel records, generating
various HR reports using the HRIS system and Excel,
filing workers compensation claims, on-boarding new
employees, conducting audits and assisting with special
projects. The successful candidate will embrace our

and managers.

Job Requirements:Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate‚Äôs Degree
in business or accounting preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years payroll processing and HR
administrative support experience
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems and data entry
  • Exceptional attention to accuracy and detail
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with appropriate
level of urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on
service to support our branches
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel and Word, with
PowerPoint experience preferred.
