Candidate must have a solid work history, excellent attention to detail, fine motor skills, good communication skills, strong computer skills, and good organizational skills. Experience handling delicate, highly finished surfaces is a big plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Verify conformance of products and/or processes using appropriate measuring/inspection instruments.
Work extensively with precision measuring and inspection equipment
Use applicable work orders, drawings, or similar acceptance criteria to determine final product conformance with applicable customer requirements and company workmanship standards.
Perform ISO9001 support activities, as directed.
Accurately record work steps performed
Ability and temperament to work effectively in a team based environment

Required Qualifications/Skills :
Minimum high-school diploma.
Must have formal training and a working knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T methodologies
Hands-on experience with precision measuring and inspection equipment (i.e. profilometers, calipers, digital microscopes, Dynascopes, height gauges)
Good mechanical aptitude w/ the ability to correctly position parts for measurement
Minimum of 5 years' experience performing dimensional inspection of products in manufacturing environment using basic measuring equipment and coordinate measurement systems.
Familiar with dimensional callouts in decimals, fractions, and metrics.
Basic computer skills with working knowledge of email, data entry, spreadsheets, etc.
Program fixed coordinate measuring machine (CMM) to inspect product relative to customer requirements.
Experience conducting and interpreting Gage R & R analysis.
Read, understand, and precisely follow written instructions
Good oral and written communication skills.
