Senior Product Manager
Summary: Develops business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for assigned sensor product line(s). Maintains current status of customer requirements for existing and future products. Identifies, evaluates and recommends marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives. This position requires interaction with other company departments such as design, applications engineering, sales, manufacturing, and finance, and significant customer interaction.

Essential Functions: • Manages product marketing for mixed signal sensor IC products in the temperature/humidity sensor space throughout the entire product life-cycle including strategic and tactical activities such as product definition, pricing, promotion, and key customer support. • Works with other departments within the division, including applications and design, to promote technical vision of product and to enhance existing product lines. • Tracks and verifies product forecasts, revenue, and financial performance. • Performs market research, understands end user system requirement and monitors competitive activity. • Develops and implements product roadmaps, marketing strategies, training, and product launch plans. • Creates collateral and presentations and makes presentations to other departments and customers. • Drives commercial success through product definition, competitive positioning, pricing, and promotional activities and by working closely with other departments, including engineering, manufacturing and sales. • Defines products by translating customer needs into technical specifications for the product development teams. • Analyzes and manages potential partner or key customer relationships and, work with Legal to negotiate supply, partnership, and/or IP license agreements. • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate the activities of other personnel. • Other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience: • BSEE • 8+ years of industry experience with semiconductor marketing • An advanced degree may reduce the minimum experience requirement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Advanced understanding of mixed signal sensor IC’s • Ability to interact with engineers on a technical level • Excellent English communication & presentation skills (written and verbal), other language skills are a plus • Outstanding customer interface skills • Familiarity with demand planning tools and business management software • Knowledge of software programming tools • Familiarity with quality procedures and documentation • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent
