Job Summary
Ceridian is searching for a Sr Product Specialist to assist and support Product Manager(s) within our Ceridian Buisiness Intelligence area.

Responsibilities:
Assist and support the product manager(s) with tactical execution of the product roadmaps in order to ensure success
Work with the Product Manager(s) to create and maintain sales tools
Partner with Marketing to create and maintain sales collateral
Provide on-going sales support
Facilitate cross-functional teams
Assist sales and the strategic bid center with RFP responses
Complete on-going maintenance of RFP database
Manage purchase orders and receivables for product partners
Support Product Manager(s) with data gathering and analysis. Conduct research and monitor competitive activity
Serve as the Product Management representative on product improvement projects
Develop/hone skills in strategic product management tasks such as pricing, roadmap development, P&L analysis, etc.
May be assigned to larger revenue generating products, new product introductions or products undergoing transformation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years experience in a product management or marketing capacity.
Experience in a software environment, specifically payroll, financial services, benefits administration, healthcare or related field.
Strong planning, project and time management skills
Effectively handles multiple tasks concurrently
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with many audiences (e.g. sales, clients, vendors, IT, marketing, shared services)
Ability to produce results quickly
Ability to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to lead cross-functional meetings/teams
