Propel your Program Management career successfully managing present and future submarine |
We're searching for an engaging Program Manager to lead commercial and military programs for Moog Flo-Tork; our primary supplier of hydraulic and electromechanical rotary and linear actuators for America's submarines, aircraft carriers, and other naval vessels.
• Want the opportunity to manage multiple programs across a variety of markets that require demanding motion control solutions?
• Exude passion for developing data driven program plans based on contractual requirements for hardware and software and then leading the program through successful execution?
• Enjoy working in an environment of mutual trust and respect?

With the support from across the organization, you’ll be managing programs from contract award through end item delivery.
As the business grows, your role will evolve; soon you will be overseeing Stakeholder and Supplier Management as well as Project Governance, Risk and Resource Management.
What we need from you...
Strong experience in military program management, where stringent quality standards were followed - similar to that required for critical flight control systems.
Savvy communication skills; you are as comfortable working with our extremely skilled production team members as you are presenting to our esteemed customers and business leaders.
Minimum, a Bachelors degree in Engineering, or other technical area, and a minimum of ten years of related program management experience.
At Moog you have to be ready for the fact that this is a different kind of company, and it always has been. It's partly about having absolute faith in the people around you to do a great job; and it's partly about being excited about the kind of work we are doing here, but there is more, much more.
