Sr. Recruiter (Temporary)

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of staffing services to Telligen’s Health Management business partners. The Sr. Recruiter advances the Telligen brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process. The position will focus on the recruitment of Health Management professionals.
Conducts full life cycle of recruitment delivering high quality service to hiring managers by matching candidate’s skills to open requisitions. Maintains excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
Leads campus recruiting efforts and collaborates with external staffing firms when neededCreates and maintaines positive relationships resulting in successfulonboarding of professional level staff.
Consults with managers and leadership to develop short term and long term recruiting strategies. Guides managers through hiring process including screening candidates, coordinating interviews, developing interview questions, selecting best qualified candidates and negotiating offers.
Communicates with candidates describing benefits of working at Telligen including total compensation package and organizational culture.
Establishes and maintains a positive image of Telligen with candidates and community. Supports organizational mission and company culture.
Stay abreast of recruiting and market trends in IT and health care industries
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and/or equivalent skills or experience.
3-5 years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably in the health care industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws regarding employment and staffing practices
Experience with MS Office Suite
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Recruiting experience in an IT and/or health care environment strongly preferred
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) strongly preferred
Experience with high volume recruiting preferred
This assignment will be for approximatly 3 months
