Regency Centers is looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiting and Training Specialist to join our Jacksonville, Florida corporate office. Under general supervision, the selected incumbent will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of Human Resource policies and programs. Provide support in functional areas of HR including but not limited to recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee relations and engagement, organization development, training, AA/EEO, OSHA and special projects. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee handbooks, communications and/or meetings. Prepare reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
Key Responsibilities

Liaise with external agencies and internal resources to create job postings and advertisements.

Develop and administer screening and interview toolkit to support Hiring Manager assessment of candidates against position criteria and business needs.

Design, implement and coordinate hiring/orientation process with Hiring Managers and Office Coordinators.

Coordinate pre-employment related processes. Partner with HR team on related issues.

Ma intain applicant tracking and associated HRIS/ATS. Fulfill standard monthly and quarterly reporting as required. May also be required to develop and implement forms, processes and HR related tools/resources as assigned.

Coordinate and facilitate training, educational programs, employee orientation and company-wide communication campaigns.

Stay informed of developments in related areas such as compliance and general human resource practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or closely related field.
Three (3) to five (5) years’ prior experience in a human resources function.
Utilization of E-solutions and web-based tracking and sourcing tools.
Strong technical aptitude to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Knowledge of multi-state human resources practices, laws and regulations is preferred.

PHR certification is strongly preferred.
