Prepare revenue share statements to partners.
Invoice clients, track and manage payments and receivables.
Create technical white papers that support accounting positions reflected in the company’s financials.
Review journal entries and record journal entries to the general ledger in a timely and accurate manner
Responsible for assuring that all balance sheet accounts are reconciled in a timely manner and that accrual and reserves are within company guidelines
Analyze monthly financial statements and develop variance explanations for distribution to management
Assist with annual audits (financial/regulatory/tax)
Participate in on-site inventory observations, as needed
Complete projects on an ad hoc basis
Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and CPA required
2-5 years, preferably in a big four public accounting firm with inventory experience
Prior experience in a public company required
Must have strong technical accounting and analysis skills
Capable of making sound business decisions as they relate to the balance sheet and the profit & loss statements
Intelligent, quick learner, who is self-motivated, has a high degree of integrity, and is dependable.
Must be able to work with all levels of management and be able to professionally present ideas, findings and solutions
Experience with an ERP system required; experience implementing an ERP (preferably a SaaS model) preferred
Advanced systems and Excel skills required
