Identifies, negotiates, and develops strategic relationships with target accounts and business alliances that coincide with TIC's strategic direction and market channel philosophy. These accounts will be primarily users, but will also include OEM's and consultants. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing information and developing new initiatives and partnerships.
Coordinates preparation of presentations and formal proposals for target accounts/alliance partners. Requires detailed ASD procedure knowledge and basic motor product knowledge.
Assists in contract review and negotiations.
Coordinates appropriate product/service training to Alliance partners and assists in alliance account management.
Coordinates introduction of alliance agreements to Distributors.
Coordinates with Marketing/Accounting/Order Entry to ensure cohesive implementation of alliance procurement requirements.
Captures and documents metrics of alliance agreements to Distributors.
Prepares monthly reports advising of status of alliance relationships and national contracts.
Secures buy-in from Marketing personnel to take ultimate ownership of alliance administration.
Espouses TIC corporate culture, alliance philosophy, commitment to customer service and benefits of enhanced relationships with TIC.
Obtains sales force "buy-in" of formalized alliances by assisting in identification and implementation of alliances and through joint visits with TIC sales force to user facilities and corporate headquarters.
Develolops and disseminates to Marketing personal knowledge of customer industry, specific processes and applications.
Assists in directing TIC alliance team sales efforts in the identification and pursuit of target accounts
