The Worldwide Sales Planning & Development team is responsible for providing strategic guidance for the Disney Destinations Sales & Travel Operations (SATO) team. As a strategic manager, this role supports Disney Destinations channel distribution strategy through the management of strategic projects, large scale program integration, developing point of views to drive results that lead to an overall recommendation. Ability to leverage both qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand the key drivers of industry/product performance, competitors, industry/product viability, profitability, market, and channel /consumer trends. The role is responsible for project management and execution of strategic projects through coordination of a cross-functional team including Global Business Technology Solutions, Revenue Management, Client Managed Relationships, Finance, Marketing, Ticketing, Operations and SATO Channels (i.e. Resort & Park Sales and Services, Youth, Niche, Wholesale, Retail Travel, and Travel Ops).
Proven strong background in business and strategic planning
Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills
Proven team player with strong influencing and negotiating skills
Proven travel/hospitality industry experience (3-5 years)
Proven experience with creative problem-solving skills & the ability to think strategically and act tactically
Proven experience working in a fast-paced business and display professionalism and confidence in complex situations.
Demonstrated ability to take initiative
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to partner with others and deal with multiple priorities and differing points of view in a challenging environment.

Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics or equivalent
